RAFFLE & PRIZE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”)

1. THE PROMOTER AND THESE TERMS

The promoter of all competitions is R&K Giveaways Ltd (“the Promoter”), registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16247094), with a registered office at 18 Maes Y Berllan, Trecastle, Brecon, Wales, LD3 8UL.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all raffles and prize competitions operated by the Promoter. By entering any competition, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. THE COMPETITIONS

All competitions operated by the Promoter are prize competitions.

A paid entry route is available. A free postal entry route is also provided in accordance with UK law. Free entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

Each competition runs from the date and time it goes live on the website until the stated closing date and time displayed on the competition page. All dates and times are based on UK (London) time.

Competitions will proceed regardless of the number of entries received.

In exceptional circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date. Any changes will be clearly displayed on the website.

Entries received after the closing date and time will be void and will not be refunded.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Paid Online Entry

To enter via the paid route:

• Select a competition on the website
• Choose your answer and number of entries
• Complete checkout and payment
• Receive confirmation of entry

Entries are non-refundable once submitted, except where a competition is cancelled by the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not successfully processed due to technical, system, payment, or connectivity issues.

By entering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to these T&Cs.

4.2 Free Postal Entry

A free postal entry route is available.

To enter by post, send an unenclosed postcard via stamped post containing:

• The name of the competition
• The correct answer to the competition question
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Postal address
• Email address
• One contact telephone number

One entry per postcard only.

Entries must be clearly written or typed. Illegible, incomplete, or multiple entries on one postcard will be void.

Postal entries must be received within 72 hours of the competition closing time, allowing reasonable time for postal delivery.

Entrants must have an active account on the website. No purchase is required to create an account.

Free postal entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries that have correctly answered the competition question, using a recognised random number generator.

Each entry is assigned a unique number. Draws may be conducted live.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted within five (5) working days of the draw using the contact details provided. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any requested verification within twenty-one (21) days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and a redraw.

The Promoter may publish the winner’s name and general location (town/county). Entrants who do not wish their details to be published must notify the Promoter by email before the competition closes.

Winners may be required to take part in reasonable promotional activity, including photographs or video content.

6. ELIGIBILITY

Competitions are open to persons who:

• Are 18 years of age or over, and
• Are residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and eligibility at any time.

Entries that are automated, fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or submitted in breach of these T&Cs will be disqualified with no refund.

Participants may enter multiple times, subject to any stated maximum entry limits.

7. THE PRIZES

7.1 General

Prize details are displayed on the relevant competition page.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

7.2 Vehicle Prizes

Where the prize is a vehicle:

• A valid MOT will be provided where required
• Insurance is not included
• Road tax is not included
• Responsibility transfers upon handover
• A valid driving licence must be presented prior to collection or delivery

7.3 Cash Prizes

Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account. Proof of account ownership may be required.

Failure to provide required information within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7.4 Technology & Other Prizes

Technology prizes are supplied as described. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

8. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering a competition or accepting a prize.

Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or affects statutory rights.

9. SITE CREDIT

If you choose to withdraw site credit as cash, the minimum withdrawal amount is £25. Once requested and approved, withdrawals are paid directly to your bank.

Site credit cannot be withdrawn below the £25 minimum and may be subject to verification checks.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.

11. GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

These T&Cs are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
